Welcome to my culinary journey! My name is Erwin Veenboer, originally from the Netherlands but currently residing in the vibrant culinary scene of Brazil with my wife and two daughters.
With over 20 years of experience in the kitchen, including prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, I've had the privilege of working in some great places and now i`m on a mission to connect aspiring chefs with restaurants and hotels, helping them carve out their own path in the culinary world.
